The Kidpreneur provides an AI-powered business simulation platform for educational purposes. Students create virtual businesses, make entrepreneurial decisions, and receive AI-generated feedback — all within a safe, gamified learning environment. The platform is designed for students aged 6–18 across Africa and is accessible via web browser on any internet-connected device.
School administrators are responsible for creating and managing student accounts within their institution. They must ensure student information is accurate and accounts are used appropriately.
Parents who create accounts for their children are responsible for overseeing their child's use of the platform and ensuring compliance with these terms.
Students are responsible for their simulation decisions and the content they submit. Virtual business outcomes are part of the learning experience and carry no real-world financial consequences.
The Kidpreneur platform, its AI systems, interface design, educational content, and all associated materials are owned by The Kidpreneur.
Business scenarios, names, and concepts created by students during simulations remain the intellectual property of the student. We do not claim ownership over student-generated ideas.
We may use anonymised, aggregated student interaction data for educational research and platform improvement. Individual students are never identified in any published research.
We strive for 99% uptime and take platform reliability seriously. The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:
We are not liable for educational interruptions caused by platform unavailability. We recommend teachers plan for potential offline backup activities.
The Kidpreneur is an educational simulation tool, not professional business or financial advice.
We are not responsible for real-world business decisions made based on simulation outcomes.
Virtual currency, scores, and outcomes within the platform have no real-world monetary value.
Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or pose a risk to other users. We will notify affected parties and allow appeals for school accounts.
Schools and students can close their accounts at any time. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy. There are no penalties for cancellation.
