Student first name and grade level only. We do not require or store full names.
Scenarios completed, decisions made, badges earned, and simulation outcomes — used purely to personalise and improve the learning experience.
Session times, feature interactions, and general engagement metrics (aggregated and anonymised) to help us improve the platform.
Email addresses of parents and school administrators for account management, progress notifications, and support.
Protecting children's privacy is our top priority. We follow COPPA-equivalent principles even though we operate primarily in Ethiopia where these are not legally required.
All user data is retained and fully accessible while the account is active.
Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months are automatically scheduled for deletion, with a prior email notification.
Students and parents can request full data deletion at any time. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
Request a full export of all data we hold about you or your child.
Request corrections to any inaccurate information in your profile.
Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data.
Opt out of non-essential data collection (analytics) at any time in your account settings.
